Common Problems

Most operational issues come from missing organization context, expired CLI tokens, disconnected CRM credentials, or stale lead-pool refreshes.

Start with access

Confirm the user is signed into the correct organization and that the CLI token was issued from the same workspace.

salesprompter auth:whoami --verify

Check integrations

If CRM or outreach sync fails, reconnect the integration from the app and rerun the CLI command in dry-run mode before applying writes.

Refresh lead data

If qualified leads look stale, run the Neon lead-pool refresh and then rebuild the qualified lead snapshot.
