These Terms of Service govern the relationship and engagement with SalesPrompters’ products, solutions, websites, add-ons, blogs, and services (collectively called Service). Please read carefully before using the Service as your use of the Service means your acceptance, adherence, and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

User Data Policy

SalesPrompter’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”

Before you continue using our website we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection.


Service is offered using both free and paid/freemium models. It requires fees to access certain features and levels of usage.

When you purchase a paid Service, you authorize SalesPrompter to charge your credit card, and you agree that our payment provider (Stripe) can store your credit card information. If we do not receive payment, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until full payment.

SalesPrompter add-on fees are charged on a subscription basis and billed at a monthly or yearly frequency. The price and frequency of the billing depend on the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase. The subscription license is attached to the user's account (email), and subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless canceled. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by navigating to the Account menu in SalesPrompter and toggling off automatic renewals. When subscriptions are canceled, there will be no further charges, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Users may transfer their subscription to another email address by contacting support. Upon request, subscription fees will be refunded for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its internal contents will remain the exclusive property of SalesPrompter. You shall not attempt to unpack, reverse engineer, or duplicate our Service. Our brands and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SalesPrompter.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall SalesPrompter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Depending on the Service, it may rely on external systems and services (e.g. Google's G Suite platform, Cloud Platforms, third-party APIs, environment, etc.) and the availability may be directly impacted by those external systems' availability. There is no guarantee or warranty for the service availability, up-time, and continuity.

SalesPrompter does not guarantee that a) the Service will be available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
